Layer 4: Sterochemical Layer (S)
Two varieties of stereochemistry are represented, sp3 (tetrahedral) and sp2 (Z/E).
The first class is generally straightforward to represent as long as the absolute stereochemical configuration is given. For uncertain stereochemistry, relative and unknown descriptors will also be supported.
