The wedding weekend started on Friday night with a Sabbath dinner at the Westin hotel hospitality suite, with Rabbi Oscar Groner presiding.
On Saturday night Shelly & Steve Heller hosted a small dinner for some 133 of the out-of-town guests. Shelly & Marlene were the MC's for the dual screen video presentation. Everyone had a wonderful, fun time at the dinner, including brothers Josh and Adam, and Tami
On Sunday the BIG event started, with Linda getting ready to put on her dress.
Meanwhile Richard went around making a last minute check of the wedding diner with Judith (the wedding coordinator) and other members of the hotel staff.
Just before the wedding started there was the Chassans' tisch, lead by Rabbi Siedel. At the same time Shelly & Linda were in the brides room.
Then came the signing of the Ketubah, by Hal Gaffin and Mark Ganslaw.
And now for the wedding...Here is a sample of people in the wedding party walking down the aisle. First, there are Linda's grandparents, Ben and Jean Siegal. Then there is Linda's grandmother Bobbie. Then came Sanford and Ethel Heller, Matt's grandparents, followed by Bubbi accompanied by Adam.
And now the wedding ceremony, first with Matt waiting for Linda. Then Richard and Marlene taking Linda to Matt.
Linda then circles Matt seven and a half (oops, almost 8) times.
