Current State of Structure Representation

There are currently many approaches to deriving a unique chemical identifier/signature for a chemical structure, which fall into two categories:

1. Commercial/Proprietary Systems - Not open, not public

2. Non-commercial systems - not implemented or tested, and generally not available, except from the published information.
